Meetings Schedule
The Board meets once per week. Holidays may interfere with the regular schedule.
Submissions Deadline
The submission deadline for consideration on the following week’s IRB
meeting agenda is Thursday at noon. All information and
forms must be at Asentral IRB before Thursday at noon in order to be
placed on the next week’s agenda. Asentral IRB staff
will work with sites, Sponsors, and CRO’s to conduct a quick review
for completeness and accuracy of your submission.
Please note that all required information and forms must be accurate and
complete before a slot on the IRB agenda can be reserved.
Turn-around Time
For reviews that do not require subsequent clarification from the Principal
Investigator and/or Sponsor/CRO, the
turnaround time for approved documents
is typically within three days of the IRB meeting with the great majority of these
decisions being communicated to the Principal Investigator on the day following the IRB meeting.
